What Michal was referring to was your supported domain is a site that appears to be offline or no site exists at that URL The site you are saying is your development domain is a site that appears to have live traffic and i can see posts within the last 3 hours from active users. This looks like a live active site to me. For us to proceed with any further support the following needs to happen.
1. You need to tell us the domain you will require support on. This domain will then become your supported domain.
2. A development site will only be used for support purposes if it is a copy of your supported domain. A site that has no relevance or is a different site cannot be used as the development site
3. I also notice that the backlink to Jomsocial has been removed. As part of the support conditions the backlink must be visible on your site to receive support from us, alternatively you can upgrade to the pro license.
To proceed with any further support please advise if you want the current development domain set as your supported domain and restore the backlink as per the support and license conditions
