Videos will not convert.

This is not my first ticket about video upload and conversion. I still have problems. Video in que will not convert and when I try to upload mp4 file I get "video file type not supported" error.

mysite.com/administrator/index.php?optio...ommunity&view=videos

I am on a "cirtex.com" Shared host. I know ffmpeg works fine because the "hwdvideoshare" component has no problem converting videos.

Please help

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

I am unable to find out why the videos are not converting. according to my webhost the path to ffmpeg is correct and minimum sytem requirements are also given.

I have given ftp login and and cpanel login details.

Looks like its working with small files but still not able to upload larger .mp4 and .mov from Android or IOS.
Please try to upload and convert a 20 mb file from Android or Ios and you will see "file type not supported" error.
