This is not my first ticket about video upload and conversion. I still have problems. Video in que will not convert and when I try to upload mp4 file I get "video file type not supported" error.

I am on a "cirtex.com" Shared host. I know ffmpeg works fine because the "hwdvideoshare" component has no problem converting videos.

Looks like its working with small files but still not able to upload larger .mp4 and .mov from Android or IOS.
Please try to upload and convert a 20 mb file from Android or Ios and you will see "file type not supported" error.
max_execution_time at php configuration to 3000 but still the same error "file type not supported" . I am unable to upload the attached video from any device. (video is 2.5 mb and 64 seconds long, mp4)
