Support,
This problem only occurs when the cron job transfers multiple videos simultaneously.
When multiple videos are in queue to be transferred to Zencoder and then Amazon S3 a problem occurs. The videos are being deposited into ever deeper folders, thus making the video inaccessible in JomSocial. Each video transferred after the first is in the next deepest sequence of folders.
Example - videos/videos/972/videos/videos/972...
I believe this to be another bug in need of a resolution.
Thank you,
Steven Dunn

thank you
Hi Steven,
I can't convert any video at your site, I got error message related with video at cron job process. I need to check the files, but I can't logged in to you SFTP or Cpanel. could you please check it again for the access detail?
Regards,
Albert
Albertus,
I am able to convert videos, it requires running the cron job manually at the moment.
I checked the server firewalls and believe your IP may have been banned. Please try again.
Thanks,
Steven
Hi Steven,
I want make sure first, your site domain is saviorco*****.com right?
for cronjob what URL executed? this:
yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_community&task=cron
?
I just tried to convert the video, it can't always failed because FFmpeg version 0.6.5, that too low. please upgrade it, at least 2.1
Regards,
Albert
Albertus,
You have the correct domain. However I am not using FFMPEG but instead I'm using Zencoder. I just uploaded another video test video and Zencoder converted it successfully.
I also just noticed that you had a video in queue to be converted. When I just ran the cron it converted your video too but it ran into the issue of ever deeper folders described originally. Thus the video you uploaded can bee seen in JomSocial but cannot be played back.
I am using the following url for the cron job...the one given to me in the backend "mail queue" section.
mysite.com/index.php?option=com_community&task=cron
