I really need help. After upload a video to the site. If i don't fetch the thumbnail, then the video will play but no picture. I am using the cronless to do the crone in every 10 minutes. However, if I fetch the thumbnail before the cron then it works fine. I can play the video fine in the site. There is also a problem with the video not being shared within the site even if I list it as public. It keeps showing "No public videos available."

However, within the Administrator. Every time when I try to save configuration, it keeps show the error message "administrator/templates/isis/html/message.php on line 24" Please help.

These issue are major to my site.

#1 this is bug from us, our developer is inspecting this.. and will be fixed in 3.1.1

#2 this issue caused by isis template, please look this github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/2421 seems Joomla already fixed on the latest commmit

I am currently on 3.1.0.1 When is the 3.1.1.1 will release.

Now after upgrade to 3.1.0.2, my problem still not resolve. Please help. I need to get my website running.

The video issue is not included in hotfix 3.1.0.2, but will be fixed in mayor package or we will give the patch once we already fixed this.

After upgrade to 3.1.0.4, it still didn't solve any of my issue. Now, after upload the video, it never show on the public share. Please help.

I was able to upload that video, but even if i share it to public, the video never show. Even when i cronless, the video still not show in public. But i can play the video under all video tab. But when i click on the my video tab, this video never show in there. Please.

After you run the cron, do you get any error in php error log? just to make sure, if you try upload and convert the small video size everyhting is ok right?
