Backend Notification is not working

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Click in Jomsocial Dashboard in the top right on the notifications and nothing happens
Console throws an "Uncaught TypeError: joms.jQuery(...).dropdown is not a function"

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
Enter Backend -> Jomsocial Dashboar
Click in the top right on notifications

RESULT
Nothing hapens

EXPECTED RESULT
Open notifications will be shown

All Browsers
