JomSocial Panel goes to Blank

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Recently I noticed that I can no longer enter the section of Jomsocial, I tried to do the installation again and it remains the same, the page goes blank.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Enter to de administrator and login
2 Go to "Component" -) "Jom Social"
3 The page goes to blank
4 I doesnt load the Jom Social Panel
5 It redirects to /administrator/index.php?option=com_community and nothing happens

Thank you for contacting us.
You use outdated version of JomSocial 4.2.2 that has compatibility issues with Joomla 3.6.4.
Please, download latest version (4.2.6) from here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
Unzip package and install installation package using Joomla! installer just like any other Joomla extension.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I see, but my subscription has ended, I though I could continue using Jomsocial 4.2.2 with the neewer versions of Joomla despite not getting updates from the community. From which version of Joomla the version of Jomsocial 4.2.2 stop serving?

Honestly I am not satisfied, I spent $ 299.00 USD and now my Jomsocial does not work, I reinstalled the Joomla 2.5 to be able to use the JomSocial and it send me a message that "JomSocial 2.8.x require minimum Joomla! CMS 2.5.6" on your page you assure that it works on "Joomla 2.5" to the most recent. So I need to spend another USD to make it work again, my money was devaluated with the US elections, right now I can't afford that.

You don't have to roll back to Joomla 2.5.
If your subscription expired you may use FREE patch that we prepared - please, check our blog ;)
