After I inspect this issue, the main issue caused by the animated gif file is missing, regarding conflict with JSPT already solved by added the imagick path by you on each profile type..

Well, the uploading gif file is working fine, but when converted to animated gif file is broken, I am not sure caused by imagick on your server or not, we are still inspecting this.

After we inspect your issue for hours and days, this issue is coming from the exec library is disabled on your shared hosting, can you ask again to you hosting provide, is that possible or not to enable exec library on your server?
