On my testsite, when i register with a new user so i can upload a avatar - but then it's stopping.

whats wrong about that?

please goto joomla menu manager > jomsocial toolbar. and set all menu items to public access level.

this customize will be disappear at upgrade process. because the code changes at core file it self.
cannot using override method.
