ISSUE SUMMARY:
After upgrading to 4.2.1 my entire website broke and in the back end admin I get the "Geocode error - Zero_Results".
Basically my entire layout was broken on the home page when I go and change the home page to just Jomsocial I get a "0 - Error".
I don't have steps to replicate because I had to roll back my entire website because 4.2.1 is completely buggy and I can't use it.

Hi Danny,
Simply I cant fix the error "0-error" on your site, but I need your backend access to debug it further.
Also the alert on backend dashboard is valid bug, I will provide you the patch once available.
thank you!
to fix the alert on backend you can apply this patch www.jomsocial.com/forum/installation/334...b-and-geocode#161729

I had to roll back my site because it was broken to the old version so I no longer have 4.2.1 running. I don't want to upgrade it again until I know that my site will be okay.
I never had an issue with the upgrade process before. So I am unsure what to do unless you guys can figure out what the problem is then I can upgrade it.
I am sorry for this, but for any important issue on newest package we will try to give the solution as soon as possible
Has this been resolved?
I just tried tried installing this version again on my localhost and nothing has been fixed.
I do not have a production version because this Jomsocial release is breaking my website. So I can't install it on a live site. I am only testing on localhost.
Hi danny,
You still get the popup alert GEO location on dashboard? are you sure upgrade it properly or apply this patch
www.jomsocial.com/forum/installation/334...b-and-geocode#161729
?
hard for me to check this issue if you test it on localhost
thank you
When you guys released JS 4.2.1 I upgraded via iJoomla Installer like I have done so in the past for other versions then my entire website broke, the backend had the GEO code issue, patch is not problem to install.
However the biggest issue is that with JS 4.2.1 my entire website has become broken none of the pages are working. So I had to revert my production site back to JS 4.1.7 so that it would work again.
Yesterday, I tried again upgrading to JS 4.2.1, so I made a back up copy of my website on my localhost, just to see if JS 4.2.1 would do the same and it did. Entire website broken.
So I can't move forward with the upgrades. Clearly the issue is 4.2.1 as with previous version I never had that issue.
I have added the Home page that returns with a 500 error and the article page which also has a 500 error and displays the 0 error page

oh that bug, our developer forget to apply that error on the version 4.2.1.... but well we just released version 4.2.2 today, please you upgrade it
I did upgrade to 4.2.2 and it didn't fix my issue. Not sure if I need it to do it on a fresh install as I had 4.2.1 install with the broken version and tried overwriting with the new.
but upgrading from a broken 4.2.1. to 4.2.2 does not fix the issue
Hi Danny,
Would you mind upload it to development site, and provide me the backend and FTP access, please?
thank you!
Dimas
I have created a dev environment on my server which is a mirror of the production site. I have installed 4.2.2. using iJoomla Installer and the same issue persisted.
I added the credentials to the original ticket in this post.
Hi Danny,
I already fix this issue, the patch is on this file /components/com_community/libraries/user.php, line 409-416
but I found another error which caused by your memory limit configuration
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35570727 bytes) in /home/raw66com/public_html/staging/plugins/system/debug/debug.php on line 1119
thank you!
