Hey I have some questions before I can launch my site on how to finish a couple of things, I didnt want to open 8 tickets so here are the questions.

1. How can i remove some of the stats on the groups listing (Views, members, discussions, comments)

2. I am using arrowchat and when i click on the users name on the chat window, it leads to the users profile but the sidebars are not there. Going to a users profile works fine every other way besides going there from the chat window. Their support says its a JomSocial issue. (if you need to login using two accounts see below)

3. Us tgere a way to create custom banners to replace the "Featured" banners. A banner with my own wording?

4. I removed the "login successful" notification and it is now showing up again....

5. Is it possible to place additional information other than mutual friends in the profile cards when searched?

6. Is there a way to randomize how the groups show in the module?

7. Can users use codes other than google adsense to advertise on their profiles in the code field?

8. Lastly, users are being logged out too quickly from the site, I placed the time limit at a certain amount and it doesnt work.

this is not wise if you post some question on same topic, specially if that is not global question, the hard question which should be handle separately.

but well, i will try to answer them,

1. You should modify this file components/com_community/templates/jomsocia/layouts/groups/list.php, and easily remove the "count" code from there
2. you should contact the chat component developer for this, this is bug from there which their code doesnt provide the Joomla menu itemID
3. what featured banner do you mean? can you provide me more information probably with screenshoot?
4. can you make sure you re-apply this hack www.jomsocial.com/forum/modules-plugins-...in-successful#155557 ?
5. possible by hacking job, this is not easy I cant help you too much
6. this is not possible, except you hack the core code and the model file and we dont recommened this
7. this is not possible, we only provide the google ads for now
8. set this setting "Session Lifetime" from Joomla configuration, set the value bigger, eg 360

Yes i thought there was a way to place any kind of banner you want on the profiles. So there can only be one banner?

also the hack for the login successful removal is not working...

- you can create the module for this, you can create the custom HTML module and use your banner on it then put that module position to "js_profile_top", read more information regarding jomsocial module position from here documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Built-in_Module_Positions
