ISSUE SUMMARY:I need help turning off the "login/logout/saved successful" notifications. It is annoying having to delete the notification everytime I login or save an action.

please elaborate more, what do you mean with "login/logout/saved successful" notifications?
do you mean system message at frontend or notifications as email or jomsocial notification at toolbar (globe icon)
