ISSUE SUMMARY:

We are experiencing the same issue as described at
www.jomsocial.com/forum/installation/316...pare-database#153426

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 login to admin
2 click on Jomsocial - it is stuck at installer
3 click on "install"
4 the process stops at "preparing database"

RESULT
EXPECTED RESULT - A successful upgrade.
BROWSER Chrome

We are upgrading from JomSocial 4.0.9 to JomSocial 4.1.6, on Joomla 3.4.8

Hi Dimas, I have provided FTP details in the private area.

BTW - I upgraded in the usual manner of applying updates, using the Joomla installer. I did not "uninstall" version 4.0.9 first.
Is that OK?

yes that is ok, but for some case you need update the DB manually.

It already upgarded now, please you check again.
