Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Ok since this problem is being held up over supported domains, I've purchased a new license just to cover the masked domain in question. Seriously, all I care about is getting the problem resolved. Hopefully, this will address your concerns regarding the primary domain.
I've created new account: michal jomsocial, assigned it to groups ECS and Officers.
Now I have "Admin" menu item displayed.
But when clicking "Calendar updates" I don't see button "My Account".
I'd like to replicate your issue first - that is to login and see that "My account" button is there but removed when browse to any other page JS related.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
I am getting ready to leave the house for just a little bit. When I get back, I will double check the account and see that it's setup and authorized for "admin" as the test account shown in the video was. I'll post an update (and may provide a video) to duplicate the setup steps. Thank you again for your help.
Alright, I have created a new screen-cast / video for you to review. I believe it will provide additional clarification as to what is happening. The video and test account details that I used are provided in the "Misc Information" section.
