ISSUE SUMMARY:

I've upgraded from 4.0.6 to 4.1.1 and now can not access the front or backends.

below error on the front ;

Warning: require_once(AZRUL_SYSTEM_PATH/pc_includes/JSON.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/sites/s/soe-squad.com/public_html/components/com_community/libraries/comment.php on line 16

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'AZRUL_SYSTEM_PATH/pc_includes/JSON.php' (include_path='.:/usr/newage/lib/php') in /var/sites/s/soe-squad.com/public_html/components/com_community/libraries/comment.php on line 16

and the below error on the backend ;

ok i've manually uploaded the comment.php and that looks to have solved the problem.

Would this missing or corrupt file cause all the errors listed?

It seems that your installation was incomplete... for frontend - uploading comment.php should solve issue.
