ISSUE SUMMARY:
I already have VPS servr that support ffmpeg, but what happen is... the upload movie less than 1mb can be process... more than 1 mb.... its not appearing at all. Please advice.....my server told me that my ffmpeg already installed it

I'm sorry but I can't replicate your issue. Just uploaded sample_iTunes.mov that has about 3.3MB and it was successfully converted: prntscr.com/8kmoae you can see it in video section: prntscr.com/8kmop1

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Yes.... i can see it from background, but if you go to front end..the upload video is not there.

seems, your server is not fit with upload requirment, please you check this documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Video_L..._Upload_Requirements , also can you make sure one on this php library is enabled 'passthru', 'exec', 'shell_exec', 'system'

Just ask to them and make sure the server configuration fit with documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Video_L..._Upload_Requirements and enabled this 'passthru', 'exec', 'shell_exec', 'system'

We do actually allow you to use ffmpeg on a VPS, which is what you have with us. For more information on that: wiki.dreamhost.com/FFmpeg You can also customize your PHP settings via command line. Here is more information on that: wiki.dreamhost.com/PHP.ini
