about our demo site. we using Jomsocial + Socialize template. socialize.jomsocial.com . the top search bar is from Socialize template it self.

the modules positions basically depend with the templates it self. Personally i'm using Prostar template (default joomla 3 template)

I Think/hope most of my problems maybe fixed now, but only one question do I have, and that is where I find my php.ini file? I just need it so my rewrite_on can be working. You dont need to fix it for me, I can't expect that, just to know where it can be found.

I think the "_QQQ_" problem related with this post:

your server failed to parse the _QQQ_ into single qoute ('). please edit the language files and find any _QQQ_ and replace it with single quote (')

language file location: /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_community.ini and other languages also if you have multilanguage site.

if you turning off Search Engine Friendly URLs at joomla administrator. your site will fine. I think something wrong with your server configurations. you must discuss with your server support. Because it's related with server configuration and Joomla configuration.

Now I maybe Think I know what's made these problems. When I installed from 3.2.0.6 to 3.2.0.7 I did not uninstall the first one. Is it possible to uninstall Community without loosing anything and reinstall it again?

it's ok if you re-install without un-install prev version first. please try to re-install again without un-install first.

I have tried to re-install jomsocial but it was no luck, since it said I had the latest version (updating from 3.2.0.6 - 3.2.0.7)
Another problem that shows up is that
1. Mailfunction does not work when people register
2. The statistic and demographic has gone. The statistic I had on the backend but never a demograph, but this morning was even statistic gone.
3. My SEO (rewrite_on) are obviously off in my php, but I have no ide how to edit that php.index file, so I wonder if you can help me with that please. I tried even that but I just got a bland page on my ssh.
