Can't upload or change avatar and cover photo

Hi,

after update to 3.2.0.5 I have the same problem as reported here:
www.jomsocial.com/forum/photos-videos/17...bar-don-t-work#86711

With the avatar and the cover photo:
1) Click 'Change Avatar' or 'Modify Cover' and the modal window comes up
2) Click 'Upload photos' and window comes up to select photo
3) Select photo and that closes. Back at modal window. Nothing happens.

Next:
No matter what link I click on the toolbar it goes to the profile page.

In the forum entry mentioned on top it is said that the problem is resolved. However, it is not said how it was resolved.

Please find corrected credentials for admin access in the "private site information"

Please provide us with working administrator credentials.
I can't login to your site.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.

From what you write I presume that you have TWO unrelated issues... but I need administrator access in order to examine them and apply possible fix.

- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Michal,

tried it a minute ago and it worked fine for me.
However, it might be that your browser has stored the credentials submitted at the beginning of this topic.
When you informed me that the credentials don't work for you, I had a look at them. By doing so I realized that the password submitted to you was not case sensitive. So I corrected it.

The password starts with a capital "P". That's the only difference.
I have submitted the correct credentials again in the "private site information" of this message. Just to be on the safe side.

Have corrected the admin credentials also in the original thread, and status has changed to "Pending Support". So you should see it now.

I'm sorry but I can't confirm NONE of your issues:

1. I was able to upload new profile photo: prntscr.com/3r1mlw
2. I was able to modify profile cover: prntscr.com/3r1mpb prntscr.com/3r1msw
3. I was able to upload new photo: prntscr.com/3r1mva
4. Links in JomSocial toolbar follow to proper pages...

So how can I reproduce those issues?

Hi Michal,

tested different browsers. And it showed that the problem appears in Internet Explorer only.
Internet Explorer version is 10.0.9200.16899

I don't see any issue on your site. And I can't fix what I can't see and replicate.
