JomSocial Expired

I have a topic posted here on this forum in this area. Peter a JomSocial Tech responded to my topic but now his reply is gone. I tried to msg him to let him know I updated to Admin info for him on the Tech Request form but I have not heard back from him and I still have an issue with JomSocial.

Can some tech please help?

As far I can see, no one else is assigned to this thread, also there's no such tech support as Peter in our team. Anyway, let me close this thread and I'm gonna make sure that someone will answer you on your original thread.
