Could you make sure that your server meets our minimal requirments mentioned here > documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/System_Requirements

Also you can try to install JomSocial with our standard installation package via extensions manager.

Please increase value of "upload_max_filesize " to 10mb at least.

Already increased value of "upload_max_filesize " to 100mb

What should we do next? Or you can make it work?
