Hi on transiflex I see that german ist 100% ready www.transifex.com/ijoomla/iguru/ but is no donwloadbutton. And here www.ijoomla.com/translations/guru-5-x german is missing. How ca I download german file?

Please, try to download from here: www.jomsocial.com/translations/translations/de-DE
You install it just like any other Joomla! extension - via Joomla! installer.

Make sure that you set German as default language for backend.

Steffen, in the root was another file for the front end - I uploaded it myself and is translated now.
