JS4.2: No email notification on new group discussions

ISSUE SUMMARY:
No email notification on new group discussions, although set in the privacy settings

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

Hi.

I'm sorry but I can't replicate your issue.
Group post notification emails are created:

They just heave PENDING status.
It means that your cron job top to work.
Please, read this documentation; documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Setting_Up_Cron_Job

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Ah, this is for 4.2... just gave it wrong name ^^.
Create a backup copy of files mentioned and you may try it.

Albertus a few days ago also posted a fixed version of system.php (fix for notifcation on group comments). Does your new version include these latest changes?

Yes, we work on GitHub and there is one file structure. Each commit updates current file.
