Your supported domain was changed 4 weeks ago from maloofrealty.com to shurwellness.net per your request.
On both sites you have installed JomSocial (what is actually fine as you may have JS on as many site you want).
But on maloofrealty.com you have 4.2 and shurwellness.net ancient version of JS.
It seems you had some issue with shurwellness.net that's why you requested to change your supported domain.
Since that time you posted support requests:

And support staff had responded to your request.
Yes, ancient versions of JomSocial aren't supported so the only option is to upgrade to most recent version.

You can't change domain back and forth only to gest support for your other JomSocial site.
We can support only ONE site. If you changed domain - then you decided that shurwellness.net will be your supported domain.
I'm sorry but we won't change it back to your previous site.

Holding PRO license you're allowed to have ONE supported site/domain and ONE dev domain which is staging or test version of your supported site. Changing supported domain back and forth to have more sites supported is not allowed. Please, read our EULA: www.jomsocial.com/license-agreement and Support Policy: www.jomsocial.com/support .

That would have been useful to know in advance. :( How do we get support for multiple sites?

Now the only way to get support for more domains/sites it to upgrade to Developer Edition:

It allows to have up to 5 supported domains/sites.
