Change support domain to 39extraminutes.com/

so I have purchased a new domain and server, and would like to change the support domain to:
friendsofmars.com/

I tried to access to your site but there is an error on your server:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server.

Ricardo, we tried several times with 2 support members, it was a very tricky Ubuntu server and the iInstaller did not work.

To repeat, I will launch the site under another domain, which I bough on HostGathor, and would like to change it to be the support domain.

Anything unclear?
