a Guest we have tricky issue on ijoomla installer caused by the several server configuration, actually you can upgrade jomsocial without ijoomla installer, just install the latest jomsocial zip pacakge directly 9 years ago

Craig Luecke Siniša Krišan - We the users are following the iJoomla advice found everywhere that the recommended method of updating JomSocial is through the iJoomla Installer. I too am having the same issue. The iJoomla installer will not save my license #'s and gives me a blank white screen. There are numerous reports in the Support Forums of the same issue. Something is clearly wrong with the installer. 9 years ago

Jon Not working for us either this is why we came. Opening ticket it says license expired but it's not?

Craig Luecke I downloaded the latest JomSocial, extracted and installed the installer first so that I could properly update JomSocial per the instructions. This was also suggested via the forums. Yes, I could install JomSocial through the Joomla installer but I am a little gun shy seeing so many issues posted in the forums. 9 years ago

Craig Luecke JomSocials are crashing. See the above support post. I am beyond frustrated. The only saving grace is that I never touched my main license domain which has an older version of JomSocial. Watching these other two sites having issues after running a previous iJoomla installer is stressing. I have never had issues with my sites until now. 9 years ago
