What happens after my license expires?

Thank you. I think you guys should still accept bug reports if people are willing to help out by reporting bugs! just my opinion!

1)What other services/access will be restricted? (ie forum, this community)
2)Will I be still be able to report bugs on JS 4.0?
3)I am thinking not to renew until at least 2~3 months so that all bugs are fixed, will I be losing by not renewing immediately
