Please make a funcltion that merge 2 comments from 1 user.
For example User1 posted comment to miveo. One minutes later he post another comment (he is so lazy, so he didn't edited previous comments).
Need to convert 2 comments in to one.
OR, need an antispam system. For exapmle, user has 15 minutes to edit his message? So, if he want to post second comment, he will see message "You can't post in this 15 minutes. Please edidt previous message or wait".
