Anyone updated to 3.6.2 recently. I updated and it broke by log in form. Had to go back to 3.6. Saw a post about this a week or two ago but didn't see that it was resolved.

Xristoph Conrad Ouch, sorry to hear that. Nope, I've been to afraid to leave 3.5.1 to any of the 3.6 versions... haven't seen a stable release yet. How / what broke? 8 years ago

Jonathan I'm an amateur so sorry if the terminology is wrong but the fields where you type in your name and password on the log in form disappeared on my frontend. My wife has a joomla site (no jomsocial) and her log in form disappeared on the backend. 8 years ago

Xristoph Conrad Most likely you just need to flush the cache of the "admin" part of your site. Go to the "System" menu (where you'd choose Global Configuration) and pull down to select "Clear Cache". Then highlight all and delete. Do this both for SITE and ADMIN.

Then make sure to clear your own browsers cache... and restart your browser. Maybe to be certain, also try viewing in a different browser 8 years ago

a Guest This matter was addressed in the forum, where I had similar login issues after updating to Joomla 3.6.2 www.jomsocial.com/forum/socialize-template/34462-n… can you be more specific as to which login form? ie; top toolbar (socialise) or Joomla login module? 8 years ago

Jonathan Socialize toolbar but the pop up. I have removed the fields in the bar itself.

a Guest I was advised by Michal to simply enable the Joomla login module accessible on all pages but DO NOT assign the module a position (leave blank), this will enable the form to display again in responsive and mobile views... 8 years ago
