Hi All
when I upload a photo it will only give me the option for site members to see the photo, however, I wish to make it so that the public can see the photo as a non member.
How can I do this?

Perhaps Upload it in an Album which is public?

You can only choose the option site members when posting the photo, you do not have any other options, there is no problem with posting written content, or video, you have the different options with these, but no option on photo upload

It's because you set that in profile preferences.... and there is no settings for single photo but for an album. When you upload photo on stream and it's posted you may change privacy option for that activity (what I showed you on a printscreen). Please, check my answer again carefully...
