When you play a video in the backend, a dialog is show where the video plays, with title COM_COMMUNITY_VIEW_VIDEO
This string is not included in the dutch language strings, so it's not translated.
Can it be added?

we will add it in the next update.You can add it via Joomla language manager > override for this time and name it as view video.
