I did a lot of translation in Hungarian language, about 3 weeks ago, but I still can't download it! Even is it says "This page is updated once a day" And please upgrade my license as well, because it expires soon...

There is unexpected tech glitch in the transifex to auto update the language, You can download the translation file directly from the transifex account.
I checked currently the Hungarian (Hungary) on Transifex is not 100% complete as well.
