HI, Arnaud.
Thank you for contacting us.
Adding language suffix to the URL is expected in Joomla! Default suffix (fr in your case) is not displayed as you set in language plugin configuration to hide it.
You should check your URL menu item IDs - disable Joomla! SEF to see it. Probably tehy use the same ID or menu configuration is wrong.
Also, read this guide and follow it to the letter:

HI, Arnaud.
Please, unlock access from Poland. I can't reach your site.
Hello.
Poland is now in white list.
Thanks for your help!!
P.S
If now you can't log to my site you can give me your IP.
H, Arnaud.
The problem is that you created menu items in wrong order.
I presume that "Hidden menu" is the neutral one.
Then you created French menu item for profile first and it has lowest menu item ID:
prnt.sc/hvellk
So even being in English Joomla! take that lowest ID for profile:
prntscr.com/hvemnd
You need to re-arrange your menus so menu item with lowest ID will be in neutral menu and for all languages, when other two will be respectively in language menus (their ID doesn't matter really - just neutral hast to be the lowest one).
