Hello I have found one more hard coded string. When you go to edit your page menu and click on add apps, title JomSocial Article Notifications is hard coded.

Indeed it is:
...\plugins\community\articlenotifications\articlenotifications.xml
line 3: <name>JomSocial Article Notifications</name>
should be something like:
<name>PLG_ARTICLENOTIFICATIONS_TITLE</name>
and then add language override for that constant.
