Or you can do it by yourself, extract the zip package and copy all .ini files to translation/pt-PT/

Please reinstall the translation files (which are not on the site ) and translate the frontpage ( the missing parts )

Ok done, it will save for text update, except one thing this file /modules/mod_community_toolbar/tmpl/default.php, for "search" text translation should be changed manually
