you can do it by using joomla language overrides.
got joomla backend > manage > languages, click overrides > new.
search related "value", click on result, edit and save it.
The month and the days of the week are in english and i can't translate them. I tried looking for the words Mon, Tue, Wed... in the Overrides section and i couldn't find anything. I looked for it as a constant too, and it seemed to be translated, but the module is still in english.
