I have solution for that bug :)
First, please, apply this patch.
You need to make safe copy of those files:

ROOT/components/com_community/models/friends.php
ROOT/components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/application.item.php

Then replace originals with patched files from package.

Next follow this instruction:

Browse to the plugin settings, in the description input, put in the translation code, for example, PLG_MYFRIENDS_XML_DESCRIPTION.
Then copy all translated ini files to administrator/language/fr-FR/ . original English files should be placed in administrator/language/en-GB.

I tested it on my test site - works 100% :)

Another thing: I cannot update JS 4.1.4 to 4.1.5 from iJoomla installer. If I click on the upgrade button I get an error message. If I put the license no it brings me to a white page and nothing happen.

Yes, those files that you already translated and uploaded to ROOT/languages/fr-FR (that is just frontend). Upload them also to administrator/language/fr-FR/ (backend).

Second plugin belongs to iJoomla Publisher branch and couldn't be translated like those for JomSocial.

Sorry but the "Mes articles" you mentionned is already translated in french. I am talking about the other one, in the uper right corner of my screenshot.

The second one "Mes médias", there is nothing to translate in the plugin so where can I translate it ?

So it's impossible to translate the Publisher plugin ?
