Hi,
Please you update the translation from here
www.jomsocial.com/translations/translations/sv-SE
, regarding select reporting translation you can edit it from Jomsocial configuration->site->Predefined Text (Separated by a New Line)
cheers!
on that page it says everything is 100% how to know what file to update? :o
also all links goes to 404 on that page.
found it on translator page but had to be accepted to be able to translate and still dont know what files...
found that the Search in the toolbar is a "placeholder" so that text cant be changed in language bar.
file: modules\mod_community_toolbar\tmpl\default.php
row: 60
<input type="text" class="form-control" placeholder="Search" id="keyword" name="q">
<input type="text" class="form-control" placeholder="<?php echo JText::_( 'COM_COMMUNITY_SEARCH' );?>" id="keyword" name="q">
I'm one of the Swedish translators on Transifex, I've looked into this a bit now and I think you're right Daniel. The translation is 100% on Transifex but there are some strings that haven't been translated. And if the strings aren't on Transifex they won't get translated.
It would be great if someone from Jomsocial could check the files on Transifex and make sure they are updated. The last update of the front-end language file was made 7 months ago, I find it hard to believe there hasn't been any change in the language file for that long.
The language in some of the screenshots can be controlled from the back-end. For instance the headlines on a members profile is controlled in the back-end under Profiler -> Anpassa profil. And the predefined reports are controlled under Konfiguration -> Sida.
Thanx Erik for helping me pointing this problem out.
i have already found it on controll panel and fixed it there, but if you check lines of code on community.ini on standard language vs swedish there are rows missing... i have fixed that on my site now, but was a pain to find and fix befor i remember to use grep on the server :)
please jomsocial fix the language problems.
also fix the hardcoded "search" so its not hardcoded :)
we will updated today, and you can check the translation later today.
