ISSUE SUMMARY: How can i translate "View all photos in the Photos module to Swedish? It's very difficult to find out how to translate in general on 4.1.1.

you can do it from joomla language manager at: joomla backend > extensions > languages, overrides and click new for:
MOD_COMMUNITY_PHOTOS_ALL_PHOTOS
