I made the overrides for you for temporary in English. because I dont know about Russian language. you need to edit that language overrides to Russian.

To get rid of the %s in the "изменилась обложка для %s", please open /language/ru-RU/ru-RU.com_community.ini, find the following line:

COM_COMMUNITY_PHOTOS_COVER_UPLOAD="изменилась обложка для %s"

and replace %s with %1$s, to get the following

COM_COMMUNITY_PHOTOS_COVER_UPLOAD="изменилась обложка группы %1$s".

Чтобы избавиться от %s в Вашей фразе "изменилась обложка для %s", откройте файл /language/ru-RU/ru-RU.com_community.ini, найдите в нем следующую строку:

COM_COMMUNITY_PHOTOS_COVER_UPLOAD="изменилась обложка для %s"

и замените %s на %1$s, чтобы в результате теперь получить следующую строчку:

COM_COMMUNITY_PHOTOS_COVER_UPLOAD="изменилась обложка группы %1$s"
