I am translating the com_community.ini file in Greek language and it doesnt work because i think i accidentaly erased the " in some string.

And because there are more than 3.200 lines i cannot find where is the error.

Is there an easy way to check and validate the translations ?

you can debug it by using:
joomla administrator > system > global configuration > system, and set debug language to Yes.

after that goto frontend and scroll to the bottom, you can see any errors there. i.e: the error at line 200, you must have a look at line 199 or 201.
