ISSUE SUMMARY:
The Swedish language file are only done to 88% so there seem to be 12% that is not translated which I saw when I installed it. That means it is some English and some Swedish here and there. That was what I saw on Transifex and it has been so for a long time. I have no idea WHOs responsible for the translation of the Swedish language, but wish I knew.

ALL translation (except English) are contributed by community. It means that users translate it - not we. We just share with tools to do it but the rest is in hands of users and their good will. One translation may be done by even few users. You may ask about it in Swedish JomSocial group in our Community.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
I know that, and I did ask in the Swedish translatorgroup. I have even asked on transifex, but they can't give any answer either, so who can tell? That's why I don't understand the Point with a Swedish translatorgroup, when nobody knows anything at all. If I knew who the Swedish translator was I would have contacted him/her directly and asked, but it seems that person is hiding or simply gone without doing the work finished.
I think that on Transifex is available log with commitments... try to seek there.
