We download Russian Language Pack from jomsocial.com but it does not work. Shows errors <a href=_QQQ_%3$s_QQQ_> and all "!", "(" and ")" symbols. In english language all this symbols work fine!

When we tried to correct errors in the manual,we will get the error "PHPJROOT / language / ru-RU / ru-RU.com_community.iniPHP parser errors: syntax error, unexpected $ end, expecting TC_DOLLAR_CURLY or TC_QUOTED_STRING or '"' in Unknown on line 2990 "- in the last row.

seem your text editor character encoding not in UTF-8. I suggest you to do it from joomla backend > extensions > language manager > overrides, select language section and click new.

search any value first, after that you can edit it.

After JS4 Update we got new Language File Errors :(
Now on buttons got "%1$s", and we still cant find correct editor to fix language files by self.
