I picked up a copy of the files "en-GB.com_community.ini" From the ROOT language en-GB folder , and paste in the fa-IR folder ,and rename "fa-IR.com_community.ini". AND TRANSLATE THIS FILE .
and in the site has been translate....
but
After a few minutes " translate site " , Back to the default translation!
