I did patch ja-JP language file and it was succeed to translate.
And I tried to translate ja-JP.com_community.ini to Korean but it doesn't work at all.

How can I find out the miss typing or error to debug in ko-KR.com_community.ini?

please goto joomla backend: System > Global Confiduration > System > set Debug Language = Yes
after that goto frontend, at the bottom of page you can see the error language

I tried to solve the problem myself but I couldn't find error line.

I could fix some sentences in ja-JP.com_community.ini.
It is displaying error code line like ?? parameter ?? so I could checked the line.
But it's not show the error line in ko-KR.com_community.ini.
Would you check for it?

I fixed for you. please check it. the problem because you using double quote as value, you must use _QQQ_ instead of double quote.
e.g:
COM_COMMUNITY_SOMETHING="this is my "language" test"
must
COM_COMMUNITY_SOMETHING="this is my _QQQ_language_QQ_ test"

at render process by joomla language function (JText) _QQQ_ will be rendered to " (double quote)
