COM_COMMUNITY_EMAIL_REGISTRATION_COMPLETED_REQUIRES_ADMIN_ACTIVATION
COM_COMMUNITY_EMAIL_REGISTRATION_COMPLETED_REQUIRES_ACTIVATION

if using multiple language you can find it at /jomsocial/language/[lang code]/[lang code].com_community.ini
