Rotating Ad Transition

I have created an ad campaign with two standard image ads, when the ad changes to the next ad for the first time the page jumps, as though one ad disapears and leaving an empty space, moving the page up, and then the next appears making the page jump down. The other issue is the transition between the two ads, there isnt really one. One dissapears then the other reapears, whcih is barely noticable and looks quite poor. Is there anyway I can make the banner fade into the next one or one move over from one side to cover the other or the new one pushes the old one out of the way?
