In the default option, users currently can delete his/her profile and the admin receive an email.
However, I would like to know why some users delete their profiles. Is there an option to add a textarea box so that the user enter some info to let the admin know why?
I think this is very important because there may be some hidden issues sometimes we need to find out from user.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.

- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
