When jomsocial display by defaut "me-and friends activity stream", if all the new member can have one default friend after the first connection, they could see a message in their stream instead of an empty feed.
sample: a friend name "helper", friends with every new members by defaut after registration. After the first log, user will see the message form his friend "helper" "Welcome on our community, ......." intead of an empty feed.
Is there any way to do this?

No, there isn't an easy way to do that. You must create function that will add a "default" friend for every user... or create some kind of initial message on stream... or roll back filter to default.
