Where do I find to change the color of the social header bar module for the socialize template using the social layout?

Hi
Open /css/custom.css file in the template folder and add this code in custom.css file

.t3-header {
    background-color: #38538e;
    color: #ffffff;
}

change the colour code as per needs.

If there is no custom.css file, kindly create it and add the code.
