Flat template not loading

For Js flat theme this is JA Magz ii template, you can download it from Joomlart.com
www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/ja-magz-ii It needs a JATC subscription on Joomlart website to get the premium downloads.

When i tried to download it got this error message: Ultimate Plan has been removed from your cart because it can no longer be purchased. Please contact us if you need assistance.
