JomSocial Active Socialize Active

Hi Guys, I used to be able to post a list of members on my site using the "JS Top Members" module that looked like this

But the new JS Top Member Module don't seem to have the same features
The new module settings look like this

and the old module settings look like this

Am I forgetting to do something or have the features been removed from the new version?

HI, James.

Thank you for contacting us.
Yes, that is correct. Many modules ware rebuild from scratch, that's why they have changed.
New module just do not have karma bars.... actually this could be added using customization but this will require help of a developer.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Michał, I made a discovery. The JS Top Members does work but none of the old karma carries to the new version.
I created a new member while testing and I posted under my other username and they appeared in the Top Members module.
It looks like all my members will be starting new karma records, which is not a problem.

HI, James.

I have message from developer: old version of top members module using user points as ranking. But for new version of Top Members module not using user points anymore, but using statistic data that stored at database.

That confirms your discovery ;)

It used to look like this

but now it displays like this (which dont look as good)

Any ideas why it might be displaying like this?

HI, James.

Please, let me know what browser you're using.
I've checked your site with FireFox Quantum (latest version) and module displays fine: prntscr.com/hpjii1
